Rental Agreement * for HSMC Students 11th Nov 2016 - 17th December 2016
1) Renters who have already paid in April do not have to pay again.
2) Refunds will be transferred back to your designated account before Jan 10th, 2017.
3) The deadline of the gown return day is 17th December, 5pm. Location is outside N101 (Registry Office), HSMC Campus.
4) If you have missed the gown return deadline, please return your gown set to the HSMC Registry (an overdue charge of HK$100 / week will be incurred).
5) For students who will only attended the Graduation Photo Day, HK$500 will be refunded to the students before Jan 2017 - provided the gown is undamaged, not lost, or overdue.
6) Loss penalty = HK$400.
